Firefighters rescue fallen pensioner trapped in Portchester house
FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue an elderly man who was trapped inside his house.
Crews from Portchester Fire Station attended the house just before 7.30pm this evening before gaining entry.
The man was unable to get to the front door after falling over.
The pensioner did not suffer any serious injuries.
A smoke alarm was fitted in the Portchester property.
