Hide AdNamed the March for Matt, the walk on Sunday, March 8 will begin at Old Winchester Hill's main car park in Droxford Road near Warnford at 10.15am and go through the Meon Valley.
The chalk hill, which is surmounted by an Iron Age fort and a Bronze Age cemetery, is a Site of Special Scientific National Interest and a National Nature Reserve.
It follows the first March For Matt a year ago, which also took in countryside beauty spots he was known to enjoy.
His sister, Katie, said: ‘We were overwhelmed by the support we received on the walk last year to mark the first anniversary of Matt going missing and this has helped us to keep hope in our hearts.

The walk will raise funds for the charity Missing People, which has long backed appeals to find Matthew.
Anyone who has seen Matt should contact Missing People’s free helpline, anonymously, at 116 000.
Alternatively, call police on 101 or [email protected].
