Delighted youngsters watched as the night sky was transformed with bright light at Explosion, in Heritage Way, Priddy’s Hard, Gosport last night.

Mandy Watson, 35, was with her family at the event, run by The National Museum of the Royal Navy.

Mandy, of Tukes Avenue, Gosport, was with her husband Lee, 37, sons Tommy, four, Joe, seven, and nephew Bobby Eastham, six.

‘The fireworks were fantastic, we’ve had an amazing time,’ Mandy said.

‘The kids were really excited, we came because it’s halloween, and they’re all dressed up in halloween outfits.

‘We’ve come for the entertainment.’
