‘It was great to meet apprentices, like George Holloway from Stubbington, and Natalie May who are working hard to get the technical skills
they need for a rewarding career.

‘For the long-term viability of our local economy, it is important that companies invest in training up the next generation so I am delighted that ADS group keenly champions apprenticeships.

‘It was very interesting to hear about George and Natalie’s work at company Safran – they are great ambassadors for our area.’

Paul Everitt, chief executive of ADS Group, added: ‘Many of the apprentices at the reception will be the industry leaders of tomorrow and it is great for them to see the political support for our industries.’
