Fareham pub could be turned into a nursery

AN APPLICATION has been submitted to turn aÂ pub into a nursery.

Fareham Borough Council has received the change of use application for the Hoeford Inn.

The Gosport Road building could be turned into a nursery on the ground floor and offices on the first floor if permission is granted.

Submitted byÂ Futurepath Childcare, based in Locks Heath, the proposal hasÂ got approval from oneÂ resident.

Commenting on the application, she said: '˜I have to say I'm overjoyed at this news. The pub has become a noisy nuisance, so much happier for it to be a nursery.'
