Havant council could strike new deal with Capita
THE company that could run a host of council services has been revealed.
Capita has been named by officers at Havant Borough Council as their preferred bidder for running a number of administrative services including HR, IT and procurement.
Councillors will meet on February to discuss the potential deal.
The authority is negotiating with four other councils – Hart, Mendip, South Oxfordshire, and Vale of White Horse - to potentially outsource some services.
