Review into Portsmouth's housing need

COUNCILLORS will get an update on a review over Portsmouth's housing need and its number of empty properties.

Portsmouth City Council’s housing and social care scrutiny panel will meet on Friday.

Members will hear from the council’s tackling poverty co-ordinator, and Carole Damper MBE, chief executive of The Roberts Centre, about the issues families needing a home are facing in Portsmouth.

The meeting takes place at Portsmouth’s civic offices, on the second floor in conference room A from 9am.
