Eight members of the Fareham-based Royal Marines Band Collingwood played two fanfares during the final awards presentation at Crufts.

Warrant Officer Nev Dednum, who led the team, said: ‘We were delighted and privileged to perform at such a high-profile event which was broadcast live on television. The Royal Marines Band Service has played at Crufts for several years and it is always an enjoyable event.’

The other team members were Dave McEnnerey, Georgina Robertson and musicians Nick Bailey, Andy O’Neil, Sam Pearson and John Walker.
