Tattoo convention returns to Portsmouth for 16th year
A TATTOO convention is returning to the city for the 16th year.
Portsmouth Guildhall will hosting the event with more than 65 artists from the across the country and the world expected to show their work.
Organiser Shirley Willett said: ‘This event is getting stronger and stronger. We will be hosting more than 65 working tattoo artists who will be putting their art on show to the public with the hope of winning one of the show’s many awards.’
