Boat blocks carriageway on M27
Drivers faced delays on the M27 today - because of a boat in the carriageway.
Emergency services were called shortly 8am after the boat fell off a trailer near Junction 7.
Traffic managers said the incident caused 40 minute delays for westbound drivers between Junctions 9 and 7, Segensworth to Hedge End.
