Cyclist in serious condition following Gosport road collision

A CYCLIST suffered serious injuries following a collision with a car in Gosport.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and medics travelling by road were sent to the incident in Nobes Avenue, Bridgemary, around 5.40pm today.

A man in his 30s was treated at the scene after being badly hurt.

He was taken by a road ambulance to Southampton General Hospital for further treatment.
