Delays on A3 after car flips onto roof
DELAYS were caused after a car flipped on to its roof.
Officers were called to the scene on the A3 (M) yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters from Havant, Waterlooville and Horndean also attended to help with the incident.
South Central Ambulance Service also sent a crew to help with any injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested for being unfit to drive.
