Man fell off pontoon at Gosport Marina
A MAN fell into the water after losing his footing while on the pontoon at Gosport Marina.
Fire crews from Gosport were called after the man was heard splashing in the water by someone living nearby.
The alarm was raised but by the time the firefighters got to the marina, off Mumby Road, the man was out of the water.
It is thought he was in the water for around eight minutes.
The call was made just after midnight last night.
