UPDATE 12.51pm: Three injured as bin lorry '˜blown over' on M27 sparking '˜seven-hour' closures
Two people in the bin lorry were cut out by firefighters in the crash between Junction 11 for Fareham and 12 for Portsmouth.
A full closure has been put in place on the M27 eastbound between the two junctions, with one lane shut westbound.
No traffic can join eastbound at Fareham.

Hide AdAt 12.42pm police said eastbound lane one and the hard shoulder are set to re-open shortly.
Police have said partial closures may be in place for up to seven hours.
The M275 is not shut, despite police tweeting earlier to say it was, the force has said.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said the lorry had jack-knifed.

Hide AdA South Central Ambulance Service spokesman said: ‘It’s a rubbish lorry that overturned, possibly due to wind.
‘There were three patients inside the vehicle.
‘One sustained minor injuries, one sustained a leg injury and one sustained chest injuries.
‘None are in a life-threatening condition.
‘All have gone or are going to Queen Alexandra Hospital.’
Three ambulances attended along with the hazard area response team and rapid response vehicles.
The air ambulance was called but was not used to transport patients.

Hide AdCrews were called at 10.55am, with two pumps from Fareham, one from Southsea and one from Cosham, along with another appliance from Redbridge, all attending.
A spokesman said: ‘We released two people from the lorry.’
On Twitter Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said the lorry had jack-knifed.
‘We have mobilised crews to a jack-knifed lorry on M27 eastbound near junction 12, avoid the area if you can,’ its control room said in a message posted online.
Firefighters have since returned to their stations.
A Hampshire police spokesman added: ‘Police were called at 10.56am to reports of an overturned lorry on the eastbound carriageway of the M27, shortly before junction 12.

Hide Ad‘Two lanes of the eastbound carriageway and one lane of the westbound carriageway were blocked as a result.’
He added: ‘We are currently dealing with an incident on the M27 in which a lorry has overturned just before junction 12.
‘As a result, a full closure is being placed on the eastbound carriageway, and a closure is in place on one lane of the westbound carriageway.
‘Another closure is in place at the eastbound junction 11 slip road.

Hide Ad‘Partial closures may be in place for as long as seven hours while repairs are carried out.
‘We would like to advise motorists to avoid the area, or ensure journeys are planned well in advance as diversion routes are likely to be congested as well.
‘We thank you for your patience while we deal with this incident.’
The spokesman said the M275 is open.
He said: ‘M275 is not closed. However, due to heavy traffic it will be difficult for motorists to get onto M27 westbound from M275.’

Hide AdA Highways England spokesman added: ‘There’s 20 metres of double-sided road barrier damaged.’
He added drivers are advised to use the A27 to avoid the motorway.
Repairs are set to take several hours.
Today is the second time within a month that a bin lorry has overturned on the M27 eastbound approach to Portsmouth at around 11am.
