Woman suffers serious leg injuries in A27 crash
The Thames Valley air ambulance was called to the incident on Saturday afternoon after the two-vehicle collision on the A27 in Portsmouth.
The patient was assessed and taken by road ambulance accompanied by the air crew to Southampton General Hospital.

Hide AdThree other people were treated for injuries and taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.
A spokeswoman for South Central Ambulance Service said: ‘We were called to the scene of a road traffic incident at 1.38pm.
‘We had the Thames Valley air ambulance, hazardous area response team, an ambulance officer, five ambulance crews and two rapid response vehicles on scene assessing and treating four patients.’
A section of the A27 between the Farlington junction and the Hilsea junction westbound was closed while the patients were treated.
One lane was re-opened shortly after the incident.
All lanes were re-opened by early evening.
The incident caused long delays all afternoon in both directions of the A27.
