TRAFFIC lights at a major Portsmouth junction were left out of action this morning.
The city council’s traffic management team tweeted that a number of key routes were down and motorists are being advised to drive with caution.
The signals at the A2030 Eastern Road roundabout junction with the A27 were all out for over an hour this morning.
Earlier signals at Cornmill Roundabout/Commercial Road, Cosham High Street/Spur Road, and at the crossing of Goldsmith Avenue near the Shell garage were also reported to have stopped working, although the council said that those problems were soon resolved.
The Eastern Road lights are now back in action, according to the council’s traffic team.
