Will Storm Diana hit Portsmouth this week? Here's the latest forecast
Yellow weather warnings have been issued for the west of the UK and Scotland, with winds of up to 60mph expected.
The first warning for strong winds, which includes parts of the New Forest, is in place between 9am and midnight tomorrow.

Hide AdThe Portsmouth area is not included in the warning area but winds of up to 47mph are still expected over the next couple of days.
The Met Office is forecasting heavy rain today in Portsmouth until this evening, with more wet weather tomorrow.
Temperatures will reach 14C tomorrow but the strong winds it will feel colder.
There will be strong winds of up to 41mph from the south west tomorrow lunchtime, which will get stronger on Thursday morning.

Hide AdSpeaking about the national forecast Dan Harris, deputy chief meteorologist at the Met Office, said: '˜We expect spells of wet and windy weather to sweep across the UK from the south west from Tuesday, although at the moment there is uncertainty around the timing and the focus for the heaviest rain and strong winds by Wednesday as Storm Diana approaches our shores.'
The national forecast
Some rain showers are forecast for today in the east of the UK, but more severe wet and windy weather will push in from the south west tomorrow.
After building in the Atlantic, Storm Diana is due to arrive on Wednesday, with gales of up to 60mph possible in western parts of the UK.
Heavy rain is also expected, although the storm is expected to move through relatively quickly. Western areas of the country could experience between 60mm and 80mm of rainfall on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hide AdTemperatures are predicted to be mild, with highs of 15C possible in the south east on Wednesday and Thursday '“ around 5C above average for the time of year.
Storm Diana is expected to pass during Wednesday evening, although showers are likely to persist into Thursday. Â
