McNamara, of Nuun Sigma Sport London, averaged 25.962mph as he clinched his second victory in three years at the early-season event.
Fareham Wheelers rider James Brickell was sixth in 39.43, while his club-mate Neil Mackley finished 10th in 41.30.
VC St Raphael had Andy Smith (seventh, 40.18) and James Horton (eighth, 40.49) in the top 10, while Simon Berogna clocked 42.08 for 13th.

The 29-year-old shrugged off a 28-mile run on Saturday to record a time of 44.27.
That saw her claim a comfortable win from team-mate Sarah Matthews (45.56), while Kirsty McSeveney, of Fareham Wheelers, was third in 46.34.
The ...a3crg club celebrated success in the road bike event, too.

Lara Taylor, of VC Godalming & Haslemere, stopped the clock in 51.59 to beat Fareham Wheelers’ Kym Harvey by 30 seconds in the women’s event.
Lucy Mitchell, from the Petersfield Tri Club, was third in 52.41.
