Pompey to face former boss in pre-season friendly
Pompey today announced their first 2016-17 pre-season friendly '“ with a Blues hero lying in wait.
Paul Cook’s side visit the Raymond McEnhill Stadium to face Salisbury on Tuesday, July 19 (7pm kick-off).
The recently-crowned Wessex League premier division champions are managed by former Pompey striker and boss Steve Claridge.
The Blues Hall of Famer said: ‘I’m delighted to have secured this match and really grateful to Paul for agreeing to it.’
