Pompey v Mansfield Town: Who's the ref?

Roger East will be the man in the middle when Pompey entertain Mansfield Town at Fratton Park on Saturday.

The 51-year-old from Wiltshire will be making a rare appearance in League Two, being a regular Premiership ref.

His first top-flight game was in September 2012 in a match between Swansea City and Sunderland.

He was an assistant referee for the 2004 FA Cup Final and the 2006 FA Community Shield and took charge of the 2012 Football League One play-off final between Sheffield United and Huddersfield Town.

One of his more unusual assignments came in 2006, when he travelled to Libya to officiate the Tripoli derby between Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahly.

His most recent match was last Tuesday, when he booked four players in a game between Crewe Alexandra and Chesterfield.
