What do you think about that?

One shot on target is not acceptable, we score for fun at Fratton Park.

We deserved nothing, looked flat and created nothing, nothing at all. There was no get up and go, no enthusiasm.

We went from the positivity of Tuesday to the negativity of football shown at Fleetwood.

Perhaps with Arsenal and Wembley coming up the players have their minds on big games, but the league has to be your priority.

How did you find the conditions?

On Saturday morning we walked along Blackpool promenade and it was a case of one step forward, two steps back, it was howling a gale.

The sea was rougher than anything I have ever seen in Pompey, while the wind would later have an impact on the game.

In the second half, every time their keeper took a kick it went out of play, just carried by the wind.

Considering the conditions, which were awful, we should have played it on the floor rather than gone for high balls.

What did you make of the loss of Ellis Harrison before kick-off?

That was a big blow, but I think Kenny Jackett got the team wrong once that happened.

Instead of putting Oli Hawkins into the team, he should have recalled Gareth Evans, who offers more of threat than John Marquis in the number 10 role.

Jackett and Brett Pitman also need to sort out their differences, at this time of year we need fresh legs and a bit of experience.

He is the best natural goalscorer at the club. I wouldn't start him, he hasn’t the legs, but has that footballing brain and can make a difference if we are 1-0 down with 20 minutes to play.

Anyone deserve credit?

My choice for man of the match is between Steve Seddon and Sean Raggett, but I will go for Raggett, who has become Mr Dependable.

When he was pushed up front late on he was the only threat we offered, while also in the second half had a header cleared off the line.

He has got there after a difficult start here, he is no nonsense, you get what you get with him, a typical centre-half.

Raggett and Christian Burgess have come into their own and developed a good understanding, although there is still not enough communication among the back four.
