Pompey travel to non-league Gosport as they play their second pre-season fixture in 24 hours.

Gosport looking strong on the attack. Harry Kavanagh’s ball in found Robinson on the edge of the box but his shot failed to come to anything.

How did he miss?!! Curtis’ ball on the byline found Christian Saydee who did well to fend off the defender but his shot from 5-yards was hit wide.

Pompey looking nervy defensively with Gould pressured with the ball in his feet.

A third successive corner for the Blues saw Raggett and Robertson go for the same ball. Raggett’s header was well wide of the mark.

Good build-up play from Curtis and Tunnicliffe who released Harness on the edge of the box but his shot was defelcted over for a corner.

Gosport’s first corner of the game was floated behind for a goal kick.

Pompey have the ball in the net again but it was ruled out for a foul on Gosport keeper Pat O’Flaherty.

Pompey have responded well to going behind, controlling the play and having a few ventures forward.

Pompey almost reply Curtis and Jacobs linking-up well but the shot was hit wide.

The hosts get the first goal of the game, the ball was lost 25 yards out and Robinson’s shot from the same distance found the bottom left-hand corner.
