Two minutes’ stoppage time

Another positive run from Kamara and Bishop’s endeavour earns a corner. The delivery drops to Shaughnessy who hits it and it looks to be on its way, until a Cambridge block a yard or two out.

Still no goal but Pompey gaining a stranglehold on this as the half has wore on.

Space opens up for Swanson but his 20 yarder is miles over the top.

Pompey somehow don’t have the lead as a deflected cross from Kamara comes back off the bar and Ryan Bennett manages to block Bishop as he looks to tap in the loose ball.

Shaughnessy can’t reach Sparkes’ free-kick from the left.

Bishop wins the ball in the box and pulls it back to Lane who shifts it to his left but his effort fails to work Stevens.

Swanson goes to ground in the box from Morrell’s cross. Looked a little tug on the defender, but he delayed and then went down dramatically.

Lane and Kamara looking bright down the flanks.
