The key men the League One promotion contenders will be without for crucial season finale

We’re into the final stretch of the 2020-21 season – and there remains plenty to play for.

As things stand, there are still an array of teams who still harbour realistic League One promotion hopes heading into the business end of the campaign.

Pompey are very much among the outfits bidding for the Championship.

Danny Cowley’s appointment as boss has rejuvenated the previously faltering promotion push, with the Blues sitting fifth heading into the Easter period.

However, Pompey have a striker crisis that’s going to hamper them. Ellis Harrison is ruled out for the season, Jordy Hiwula might not kick a ball again this term and John Marquis is suspended for the next three games after his sending off at Shrewsbury.
