13. MK Dons
The Dons always said they’d go with the majority - and that’s what they did. Executive director Andrew Cullin said MK Dons voted for curtailment, although he knows a number of clubs would have been disappointed by their decision. Photo: Pete Norton
Boss Karl Robinson said Oxford ‘would have liked the chance to try and chase the top two’ after finishing in fourth spot. The U’s are now gearing up for a play-off semi-final clash against Pompey. Photo: Graham Hunt
The Posh unsurprisingly feel aggrieved they’ve missed out on a play-off spot. Director Barry Fry says Peterborough have been ‘cheated’ out of promotion, while chairman Darragh MacAnthony reckons every club feared facing his side in the play-offs. Photo: Joe Pepler
The Blues were very much in the camp of playing on. Although they didn’t get their way, chief executive Mark Catlin says Pompey now must ‘grasp the opportunity with both hands’ in a bid to return to the Championship. Photo: Joe Pepler
