Richardson equals Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun personal best
Clearly she has a good consistent level after finishing the popular seafront 5k event in 18min 34sec once again.
The runner, who represents Fife, finished first lady and was in seventh place overall.

Hide AdShe has completed 55 parkruns and her fastest overall time is 17.07 at the Basingstoke event in Hampshire.
Her Lee personal best was set on Saturday, December 3 and she also ran 18.39 on March 4.
Three times this month she has finished first lady at the Marine Parade East event.
Rikki James crossed the line first overall on Saturday and recorded his first sub 17-minute parkrun.

Hide AdHe clocked 16.55 and he was clear of Tom Barnard, who represents Bayside Tri and was second, with Aaron Froukhians finishing third.
Nikki Roebuck, who runs for Stubbington Green Runners, recorded a personal best time of 20.21 on Saturday and was second lady to cross the line.
Third lady Daisy Silvester also set a new PB as she finished in 21.35.
On Saturday 419 people ran, jogged or walked the 5k, with 45 first timers and 94 recorded new personal bests.

Whether you are in to stats, are chasing personal bests or just enjoy the run each week, or the social element, there is something for everyone.
Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun has been a huge success with all the volunteers and the people in the community contributing to make it so.
The core team do a brilliant job, giving up their time to ensure people can take part and get their 5k time and position logged each week.

Hide AdEvent director Gary Heather was running the event on Saturday and finished only five seconds outside his personal best from Saturday, December 10, 2016, after a great morning effort.
Jane Mcardle took part on Saturday and she commented: ‘It was a lovely morning and thanks to the marshals for their encouragement.’
Among the runners to get new personal bests on Saturday were Tim Hall, Gareth Beavis, Sarah Rennison, Fran Marshman, Ifeanyi Nwabueze, Rachel Train, Catherine McGillen, Catherine Chamberlain and Alison Short.
All parkruns rely on volunteers to ensure they can take place every Saturday and it is a great way to be involved and meet new friends.
