Hide Ad‘It is up to us to make sure that we go out, apply ourselves and adapt to the conditions.
‘If the game goes ahead the pitch is bound to be soft and wet.
‘That can prove a great leveller.
‘It happened to us at Aylesbury United a bit in our last game.

Hide Ad‘We have to make sure that we play to our standards and are not going to come down to our opponents level.
‘That means playing our game at the tempo we usually play.
‘Our home record has been good.
‘We beat Arlesey 3-0 up at their place earlier in the season.

Hide AdHe has now got three lots of 90 minutes under his belt and scored his first goal at Aylesbury.
‘With Ryan Pennery and Dan Wooden both leaving, Howard is now getting the chance to start games,’ said Carter.
‘He is getting stronger and more confident every game.
‘His fantastic first touch helps bring other players around him into the game.
‘Having him and Steve Hutchings up front gives us two powerful strikers.
‘With Marley Ridge bombing on from midfield it gives us a good goal threat.
‘With the other teams immediately above us all playing each other this is a chance for us to make good ground.’
