Victorious and Mutiny organisers get licence for beer festival
ORGANISERS of a beer festival are celebrating having their licence granted.
The team behind Victorious and Mutiny festivals are planning an ambitious Oktoberfest-style event to take over Guildhall Square in Portsmouth on October 28 and 29.
Yesterday, the event was granted a licence from Portsmouth City Council.
A tweet from their account said: ‘Very excited to learn that our license for Oktoberfest Portsmouth has been granted!’
