If you’ve ever lived in Portsmouth then you've probably seen runners taking part in the Great South Run one time or another.

But there’s a few things you will only know if you’ve completed the 10-mile course. Runners, prepare to look away

Nope, neither had we. It might seem flat when you're driving along it, but when you're running on it it's a whole different game. Luckily for runners though, the first stretch is uphill before you turn at the roundabout and go downhill. So at least you get the 'harder' part out the way first!Nope, neither had we.
