FAMILIES have been flocking to a marina to take part in some half-term fun.

Port Solent has seen fun for all ages this week, including the first kids’ club of the year, and a bigger car meet-up.

The free events, which run during school holidays throughout the year, saw entertainer Silly Scott perform his magic shows on Thursday.

Children also took part in craft workshops run by Creation Station. Lisa Fowler, centre manager, said: ‘February is an exciting month with plenty of free entertainment for children. We are also delighted to see the car meet-up. All these attractions mean this month is one not to be missed at Port Solent.’

There will be entertainment for youngsters on Sunday at the Harvester Kids Mini Disco from 3pm. The American and Classic Car meet-up takes place on Sunday from 9am.
