New cocktail bar could stir up Chichester nightlife
CHICHESTER's nightlife is set for a trendy addition if plans for a new cocktail bar and restaurant get the go-ahead.
Igor Beaulieu, who opened the popular Rocking Horse bar in Worthing two years ago, is looking to expand into the city.
He wants to open a second cocktail bar in the former Knife and Fork restaurant at 30B Southgate.
He has applied to Chichester District Council for a change of use for the restaurant.
Mr Beaulieu said he hopes to open the bar before the end of the year.
