TWO men were assaulted at a pub in Portsmouth on Friday night.

Police were called to the Star and Garter on Copnor Road at around 8.40pm after a report of a public order incident.

One man, 25, was taken to hospital for injuries to his elbow, while another, also 25, has suffered a potential broken rib.

Officers have arrested a 21-year-old man, 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy, all from Portsmouth, in connection with the incident. All three remain in police custody at this time.
