LONG delays remain on the A27 this morning following a two-vehicle collision that left a car on its roof.

The incident happened westbound at the junction of the Eastern Road at 6.45am.

Three fire engines from Cosham and another crew from Havant attended and two lanes were closed.

No-one was hurt or left trapped.

But the incident caused disruption with drivers facing delays of up to 40 minutes heading west.

The road was re-opened about an hour ago to all traffic.

But long queues remain stretching to Southbourne.
