Track races start with the 300m at 9.45am and finish with the mile, scheduled for 12.15pm.

They will also be putting on field events starting with the hammer at 9.30am and including the high jump, long jump, javelin and shot put.

It’s early in the summer season but this is a valuable chance for athletes to test their form and see how they are progressing ahead of upcoming events like the Hampshire Championships

Entries will be taken on the day for the open meeting but the club would prefer entries in advance.
