Collins warming up nicely after returning to parkrun from Sunny Malta

Pete Collins, fresh from his half-marathon on club duty in Malta, was back on his home turf to take second spot.

Adam Barlow finished first for the sixth time at Lakeside.

Hedge End runner Karen Andrews set a new personal best of 19min 16sec to finish first lady.

Naouele McHugh was just short of her fastest time for the course, finishing in 20.33.

Peter Daly, of Portsmouth Joggers, completed his 50th parkrun with a time of 21.15.

His best time at Lakeside is 20.35.

Davina Glading beat her course PB after warm weather training in Malta and then ran the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday.

The event was again well attended with 187 finishers.

Third-placed runner Patrick Conaghan also set a good PB time of 18.05, along with bests for Mark Jones and Chris Buxton in fifth and seventh respectively.
