Pompey Reserves to face Sheffield United in cup

Pompey Reserves will face Sheffield United in the last 16 of the Premier League Cup.

The Blues’ second team will take on the Blades on home soil between March 17-20.

Full details of the tie are still to be confirmed.

Pompey progressed to the knockout stages of the competition after beating Everton 2-1 at Westleigh Park last month.

Goals from Ben Close and Nicke Kabamba earned them victory.
