Reported Portsmouth, Sunderland, Charlton, Middlesbrough and QPR target joins Huddersfield

One-time reported Pompey target Sorba Thomas has completed a move to Huddersfield.

The forward has joined the Terriers from non-league Boreham Wood, signing a three-and-a-half year deal.

Pompey were supposedly one of several clubs – along with the likes of Sunderland, QPR and Middlesbroughwho, according to Wood chairman Danny Hunter, were interested.

The 21-year-old has scored three goals in 13 appearances for Boreham Wood this season.

Now he’s earned a move to the Championship, joining Huddersfield.
