Tight at the top with three teams still 100 per cent in Portsmouth Sunday League Division 3

Three teams are still boasting a 100 per cent record in Division 3 of the Portsmouth Sunday League.

Shelford Rovers claimed a hard-fought 2-1 victory against Castle United with goals from Reuben Lines and Jordan Guyan.

AFC Bedhampton Village won 5-4 win against Golden Hind with goals from Kai Gateshill (2), Brandon Miller (2) and Reece Austin.

Dan Sibley (2), Cameron Jenkins and Harry Tumber replied.

Freehouse Reserves defeated bottom club Cross Keys Athletic 7-2 while Wes Coyle’s hat-trick helped Samba beat Fleur de Lys 4-2.

Bassam Albarwan also netted with Logan Vickers-Main twice replying.

Milton Rovers and Jameson Arms were both unbeaten going into their Division 1 encounter.

And it was Milton who moved into joint top spot with Shane Cornish, Ashton Leigh and George Roy all netting in a 3-1 victory. Jordan Page replied.

Jarred Gibbons, Chad Goodall and Ash Willis netted as Purbrook won 3-1 at Port South, Reece Lewis replying.

Seagull lead the way on goal difference after an 8-2 thumping of Friends Fighting Cancer.

Brodie Spencer led the rout with a hat-trick with further goals coming from Reece Tuppen (2), Darren Butcher (2) and Chad Musselwhite.

Tommy Scott netted twice as AFC Leigh Park extended their winning run with a 5-1 victory over Westleigh. Callum Curtis, Harry Fordham and Bradley Hayward also netted.

Wheelwrights Old Boys are third after Steve Duffin and Wade Johnson helped them to a scrappy 2-1 victory against Freehouse.

Ryan Graham netted twice as AFC Lakeside Refit beat Saturn Royale 5-3 in the Challenge Cup.

Brandon Elliott and Dan Hargreaves replied as AFC Southdowns were beaten 4-2 by AFC Portchester in the same competition.
