The cast of ex-Eastender Cheryl Fergison, Rebecca Wheatley, Ruth Berkley and Maureen Nolan play an earth mother, housewife, businesswoman and actress respectively.

As the hormonal ladies form an unlikely bond, they take us through mood swings and memory loss, hot flushes and the change all to the tune of ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s pop songs with the lyrics rather cleverly swopped.

Upbeat and hilarious with a plethora of gags, it was an evening that celebrated sisterhood. The one thing I took away though was just how important it is to wear a ventilated sports bra in zumba class!
