All runners can expect roars of support from the tens of thousands who line the route, but the charity cheering zones are renowned for their epic support – cheering, clapping and hollering runners names as the pass – providing that extra spring in the step.

Keep the celebrations going beyond the finish line in the new Apres Run zone, another brand new addition to this year’s event. Food, drink, friends and fun … this is the way to keep the feel-good high from your run going long after the hard work stops.

Better still, a Heart DJ Truck will be pumping out Heart Club Classics to keep runners revelling in their achievement.
