Following his death at the age of 99 last Friday, the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral will take place on Saturday (April 17).

It will take place at 3pm at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace.

Just 30 guests will be attending the funeral, in accordance with the coronavirus restrictions.

The funeral will be televised in the UK – if you are wanting to watch the proceedings.

Which channels is the funeral on?

BBC One/ One HD will be showing the funeral.

As will ITV Sky One, BBC News and Sky News – along with their respective HD channels.

What time does coverage start?

- BBC One – 12.30pm

- ITV – 1.15pm

- Sky One – 2.45pm

- BBC News – 12.30pm

- Sky News – 12.30pm

Is the funeral on the radio?

If you can’t watch the funeral, you also have the option to listen to it on the radio.

It will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and Radio 5 Live.
