Celebrities who have died after being diagnosed with coronavirus

THE coronavirus pandemic has had a devastating impact around the world, with more than 250,000 people dying after contracting the disease.

Among the more-than 3.5 million people who have tested positive for Covid-19 around the globe this has included high-profile figures such as Prince of Wales, Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

While Charles, Hanks and Mr Johnson have fully recovered from the illness, other well-known victims have not been as fortunate.

Here are some of the celebrities who have died after being diagnosed with the virus.
