Apprentices win MP's praise

TWO more apprentices are being profiled as part of Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage's #GetInGoFar campaign.

Hannah Bentley, 40, started a Level 5 apprenticeship last October. She is now the manager of Redclyffe House Learning Disabilities Home in Gosport and was proud to oversee a good CQC inspection.

Matthew Close, 19, is a warehouse operative in Gosport, completing a warehousing NVQ. Through his apprenticeship, he learned to use a fork lift, palletising and other warehousing jobs, and hopes to become a supervisor.

Ms Dinenage said: ‘Hannah and Matthew are doing two very different apprenticeships, but both are gaining the specialised skills they need to add value to the organisation for which they work.’
