Builders' merchants to hold training courses

SPECIALIST builders' merchants Alliance Remedial Supplies is providing training for local tradesmen to learn about damp proofing and tanking products and how to use them cost effectively and efficiently.

Chris Reynolds and his team at Alliance Remedial Supplies in Gosport won two awards at the Business Excellence Awards, run by The News.

Chris said: ‘When I first set up the business I wanted to be able to give customers the benefit of my expertise as a surveyor and realised early on that by spending time talking through projects and problems we could resolve issues and ensure excellent results time after time.

‘Now our reputation is growing and so too is our business. We have relocated to larger premises, which has allowed us to develop a purpose built training room to help trades fully understand how to apply the specialist products we sell.

‘My original vision is now coming to fruition and being recognised was a testament to the team’s hard work and passion for what we do.’
