Business park refurbishment

The site, which sits at the front of Partnership Park off Rodney Road in Southsea, is located on a 0.75-acre plot that has been vacant for several years.

Commercial property specialists at Lambert Smith Hampton announced that it has secured a new tenant for the plot.

The new tenants will move in once the works are completed.

Guy Jackson, associate director for the South Coast industrial team at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: ‘The location has seen significant residential development, it will be great to see this vacant site given a new lease of life and create a more attractive area for the community.

‘The development is set to be completed within the next four months.’
