The guest speaker at the event will be Ali Sheik, a digital audience expert from QUIN AI.
Graham Thompson
Graham is a Senior Business Growth Advisor for GetSet Solent, and a specialist in Business Growth, Sales management, and Business Development. Graham has a varied career in business and sport ranging from Start-ups to Senior Management positions, while competing for Team GB in kick-boxing until retiring from the sport in 2000. He has also taken part in the World’s Toughest Yacht race – the Global Challenge – managing the team, sponsors and partners.

Steen is a Business Growth Advisor for GetSet Solent and is an experienced professional who specializes in business growth strategy. With seven years of experience as an advisor, he has a proven track record of helping businesses create plans that allow them to increase revenue, scale business functions, and launch new products.
Steen has launched and managed businesses in the outdoor events industry, eCommerce and consulting, and helped a multi-million pound tourism attraction secure seven million visitors a year.
With his experience working with Bournemouth University as a business partnership manager he can help SMEs navigate these complicated institutions to tap into the vast resources available. He has also set up his own firm This is Web3, focussing on blockchain, AI and the metaverse.
Phil Morgan
Phil Morgan is a Finance Advisor at Get Set for Growth Solent and has spent over 30 years working in corporate credit for major international banks in the City of London and so has a wealth of experience in assessing company risks and structuring lending transactions. Phil has also worked internationally having worked in Zurich for both Coutts and Credit Suisse SA.
Roya Croudace, Finance Advisor, GetSet Solent
Roya’s career has spanned the private and public sector across a range of industries as a Senior Director. She has worked with over 400 SMES in the last 4 years as Director of the EM3 Growth Hub supporting businesses to access grants and funding as part of their scale up journey.
She brings a wealth of experience to support grant applications and development of a business plan fit for seeking external finance. She has also recently helped businesses access other Government funded support including Kickstart programme, CBILS and the Recovery Loan Scheme and is a former NED at the KTN Innovate UK.
