Chartered surveyors celebrate 25 years in business

Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors has grown from humble beginnings of two people in a small Park Gate office to a multi-million turnover business with 30 staff, two regional offices and a prestigious head office in Wickham Road, Fareham.

Over the last 25 years they’ve opened over 45,000 files, with cases ranging from residential valuations and surveys, commercial valuations, building surveying projects to architectural projects, as well as acting as commercial agents and property managers for a large portfolio of properties.

Founding partner Chris Daniells said: ‘When we started out we were just serving the local area and while our roots remain in the south, we have clients nationwide. Back in 1992, I had great visions for the future of our business and I’m really proud to see how the business is performing today. We’ve come through several harsh recessions and have continued to thrive and expand.’

To top off the 25th anniversary celebrations, the whole team went to Three Choirs Vineyard in Wickham for a spot of wine tasting and a celebration dinner.

Staff from the Isle of Wight and Hailsham office joined the Fareham office for a tour round the vineyard, followed by some sampling of the local produce.

The evening was topped off by a toast to the company and the next 25 years in business.
