Mac McHugh, managing director, said: ‘This is a strong indication that we are on the right track – that as a group of workers we are supportive of each other and as an organisation we attempt to invest in, support and develop our staff.

‘I hope everyone is as proud as I am – not only of the award, but to be part of an organisation that is trying to make a difference in the lives of the individuals who access our services, and all the staff who help to deliver them.’

Fair Ways was also awarded a Best Companies 3 Stars logo for the highest level of staff engagement.
