Coach firm hits 90

It comes as the Fareham transport firm celebrates its 90th anniversary and sets the wheels in motion for further expansion.

Lucketts was founded in 1926 by Harry Luckett and has remained an independent, family-run company.

It offers a range of leisure, business and educational transport solutions, as well as bespoke private coach hire packages for clients across the UK. It also sells holiday packages and day excursions through its website and booking line.

Paul Barringer, group sales and marketing director at Lucketts, said: ‘We’re immensely proud of our heritage, having served the south for nine decades.

‘It’s a very important year for us as we celebrate the past and prepare for future expansion and PR forms an important part of that.’
