Commercial property consultancy appointed
A COMMERCIAL property consultancy has been appointed to help secure occupiers for a new distribution hub.
Hughes Ellard joins CBRE and Colliers International in marketing Velocity at Stanbridge Road in Havant.
Now cleared following demolition, the five-acre site was a former Pfizer distribution site before it was acquired by Barwood Capital and Taurus Developments in their first joint acquisition.
Planning permission has been granted for up to 120,000sq ft of high-spec space, with an internal height of up to 12m, for companies to lease.
